This intelligent wind pressure tester (WKGZ-SPF9200-S) adopts a computer centralized distributed measurement and control system. The overall system mainly consists of an industrial control computer, a data acquisition board, a fan, a pressure sensor, and a gas flow meter. The data acquisition board collects sensor signals, processes them, and returns them to the industrial control computer. The upper computer software of the industrial control computer is installed to process and calculate the data and implement it.
This intelligent wind pressure tester adopts an independent dual air duct design. The tester is equipped with a pressure sensor component and a gas flow meter component as standard. Users can measure pressure and flow simultaneously on the same air duct, or measure pressure and flow separately on different air ducts; Users can also choose to equip a set of pressure sensor components and gas flow meter components for distinguishing between large and small flow rates and pressure ranges, in order to achieve higher testing accuracy; The testing system provides two feedback control methods and two control modes, among which two feedback controls include “pressure” and “flow”; The two modes of control include “PID fine control” and “quick rough switching”. The “quick rough switching” function is supported by the system’s “pressure opening” and “flow opening” calibration functions, which have achieved the accuracy of quick switching between “pressure” or “flow” as much as possible. Users can calibrate the air source of the dual air ducts themselves.
In addition to the sensor signal interface for independent measurement of dual air ducts, this intelligent wind pressure tester is also equipped with 4 sets of USB 3.0, 1 set of RJ45, 1 set of VGA, and 1 set of RS232 interfaces. Users can use these interfaces for data export, system docking, large screen projection, and external instrument access.
