This acquisition module features 4 channels and utilizes a 16-bit signal acquisition chip. It collects DC 0-10V signals and upports RS232 (upgradable to support both RS232 and RS485 simultaneously). It is capable of acquiring signals from various sensors outputting this type of signal calibration and correction, the module’s accuracy is determined to be 0.1%.

This module is a custom product for WAKA. The prototype was developed and data calibration was completed on January 6, 2020. Thisition module features 4 channels and utilizes a 16-bit signal acquisition chip. It acquires DC 0-10V signals and supports RS232 (subsequen upgraded to support both RS232 and RS485). It is capable of collecting data from various sensors outputting this signal. After data calibration and correction, the finaluracy of the module was determined to be 0.1%. The calibration data is shown in the table below.
