Successful development of 8-channel voltage acquisition module

The 8-channel voltage acquisition module independently developed and designed by Huakong Technology supports the acquisition of 0-12V DC voltage and standard Modbus communication protocol, which can be used in the field of industrial control

Through the efforts of Huakong engineers, the independently developed 8-channel voltage acquisition module has been successfully launched.
It can collect 0-12V DC voltage with an accuracy of up to 0.0001, support Modbus standard protocol, modular plug-in design, can be used with other modules, has anti-interference ability, and can be used in the field of industrial control.

Debugging Assistant Platform V1.2.1 Public Test

The latest version of the universal debugging assistant platform (Android version) has been officially launched. The version number is V1.2.1, which mainly beautifies the interface of the previous version, completes the testing of Modbus TCP driver, and adds many gesture operation functions.
By using the debugging assistant, it is possible to connect to a PLC in the local area network through configuration, use Modbus TCP protocol, configure the register address of the PLC, and then easily and quickly view the register address data on the mobile APP. Solved the problem of inconvenient use of laptops when facing complex on-site debugging.

The initial version of the voltage acquisition module for WAKA Technology has been completed

 The prototype was developed and data calibration was completed on January 6, 2020. The acquisition module has 4 channels and uses a 24 bit signal acquisition chip. The collected signal type is DC 0-10V, and it supports RS232 (later upgraded to support both RS232 * and RS485 *), which can meet the collection of various sensors that output this signal. After data calibration correction, the accuracy of the module was finally determined to be 0.1%. The calibration data is shown in the table below.
At present, the module prototype is still in the testing stage of stability and anti-interference.
